 Inbound B/L issuance - B/L instruction

Please be informed that for all inbound shipments, the B/L shall be issued as the following instructions:

 House B/L issuance - HB/L Instruction:

The best way to issue HB/L is to follow shipper instruction due to shipper would already agree or simply already getting on how to issue the HB/L from their counterpart, the consignee.

Shipper: Actual shipper

- Proper company details and full address, plus communication means will be required

Consignee: Must be actual consignee in Cambodia   

- The correct name of the consignee is very importance, the name and address of the consignee must be reflected to the registered license or if wrong from the license, it would face the problem here with customs. 

- Full address, Tel and/or other communications will be required

- Cargo details, Shipping marks, Volume, Cbm, Weight, exact commodity would be required 

Remarks: 

- Please send us full pre-alert prior to shipment arrival at lease within 3 work-days before shipment arrival as we need to submit HB/L to customs entrance port.

-  We need HB/L copy to submit to customs in order for consignee can do the proper customs processing and clearance.

- Except shipment originates from Vietnam as it is short transit time, no need to give copy of HB/L 3 work-days prior to arrival, so shipping will submit on their own from Vietnam side.
